Example: Our strong lightweight made of aluminium
This portable hoisting unit (on the right) is to be bought only once and can be used then at many places of action. It replaces expensive beams and cranes. Only one connection plate is to be installed at the possible place of action.
The component parts are designed that way, that no additional hoisting units are necessary for assembly.
Special constructions
We plan, design, produce and install special constructions of hoisting and conveying technology, e.g.
Devices for brick lining in blast furnaces and melting furnaces for other steelworks. The working platforms adjust to different inner diameters of furnaces by telescope constructions, e.g. from 7 m up to 13 m Ø. Loading can be fixed as required. The lifting motions are carried out by electric rope controls, which are permitted for people transportation.
Working cages for combustion cooling chimneys in steelworks.
These cages are designed as bearing steel constructions. The form is adjusted to the diameter of the chimney. We consider especially the travels through the angular flues.
Deposit platforms for freight transport through shafts in power stations and steelworks.
By use of deposit platforms heavy loads can be brought easily from the shafts into single floors.
On the left you can see another example for our actual production:
Platform for brick lining a melting furnace in a copper mill. The basic structural shape is round. You can reach all necessary inner surfaces of the furnace with additional enlargement elements. Lifting motions are carried out by three friction drive winches.

Turning and withdrawing devices for working platforms
The turning and withdrawing devices for working platforms were developed by us and the design is patented as well (see on the right).
With this equipment it is possible to turn the working platform at the boiler walls without putting down the platform.

Lead-in supports for working platforms
We design lead-in supports for simple lead-in and return passage of working platforms through the bottom boiler opening, which adjust exactly to local surroundings.
Electromagnets
On the left: The Elektromagnet lifting unit is to be used for lifting and transporting parts of iron and steel in connection with a suitable hoisting unit. Load attachment and load releasing times are reduced to a minimum.
On the left below: Roll-off safety devices for round parts like shafts and rolls are available.
On the right: The double-electromagnets fasten the working platform at the boiler wall. So unintentional swinging can be avoided.
Application at steel boiler walls or other steel wall constructions.
Electric control
One example for our electric control is this switch cabinet of a combustion chamber inspection device with remote control, electric horn and telephone installation as well as isolation transformers, control transformers, contactor control and signal lambs, in rolling design.
Further supply of our electric department:
Control cable drums (rolling construction) with collector rings for drum winding of multiwire control cables.
Special control cable – 42 X 1,5 mm² with strain relief for large-sized suspension lengths, warning colour: orange, proven design.

Our Service
The prescribed inspection and maintenance work at your inspection devices are carried out by our experts. We offer trainings for your staff for operation of facilities and behaviour in case of emergency. During inspection time of the boiler plants we place our staff at your disposal for operation of inspection devices and for assembly and disassembly.
