Special constructions

We plan, design, produce and install special constructions of hoisting and conveying technology, e.g.

• Devices for brick lining in blast furnaces and melting furnaces for other steelworks. The working platforms adjust to different inner diameters of furnaces by telescope constructions, e.g. from 7 m up to 13 m Ø. Loading can be fixed as required. The lifting motions are carried out by electric rope controls, which are permitted for people transportation.

• Working cages for combustion cooling chimneys in steelworks.
  These cages are designed as bearing steel constructions. The form is adjusted to the diameter of the chimney. We consider especially the travels through the angular flues.

• Deposit platforms for freight transport through shafts in power stations and steelworks.
  By use of deposit platforms heavy loads can be brought easily from the shafts into single floors.

Platform for brick lining a melting furnace in a copper mill. The basic structural shape is round. You can reach all necessary inner surfaces of the furnace with additional enlargement elements. Lifting motions are carried out by three friction drive winches.
